    They are not very accurately sized. i ordered a few different ones and they are all bigger than 3mm- see picture. so if you want close to 3mm, maybe order 2mm. otherwise the quality appears nice. i do not know about tarnishing yet. the colours are pretty but one is more coppery than pink.
