Shipping availability and any applicable charges are shown during checkout for your delivery address. If an item or destination has a special shipping condition, review the information displayed on the product page and at checkout before placing your order.

Processing and delivery times

Processing time is the time needed to prepare an order before dispatch. Transit time begins after dispatch and depends on the destination, shipping service, carrier handling, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Busy periods, public holidays, weather, customs inspections and carrier delays may extend the journey. If an estimated delivery window is shown at checkout or in your order confirmation, use that as the most relevant estimate for your order.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we will share the relevant tracking information through your order update. Carrier tracking can take a little time to show its first scan after dispatch. Please check the carrier’s tracking page for the latest movement once scans become available.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are not necessarily included in the product price or shipping charge. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, any applicable destination-side charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can also affect delivery time.

Delivery address and receiving your order

Please check your delivery address, postal code, phone number and email address carefully before completing checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details can delay delivery or prevent a carrier from completing the shipment. If you notice an error, contact SaraStones as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If your order is delayed or appears missing

First, review your tracking information and allow time for carrier updates. If the delivery window has passed or tracking has stopped updating for an unusually long period, contact us with your order number so we can help you review the available information.
